ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Miles Harris and I am a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. I have been passionate about fitness for the last 15 years of my life. I am grateful to have been able to turn my passion of developing and building my own strength and physique into helping others with their fitness. I am devoted to helping individuals learn how to effectively train, gain strength and muscle, lose weight, develop positive habits that ensure they succeed long term and to enjoy the journey!
 

I believe in a full focus approach to fitness. Taking care to train and develop your body to ensure a well-balanced physique and strength while ensuring you are capable for whatever life may throw your way... whether it be a 10,15 or 20km run or a test of sheer strength exertion.

There is no better way to live than to move and feel your best each and everyday. Through developing and maintaining a solid fitness routine, and a movement-based lifestyle/mindset, you can do extraordinary things.

When not training you’ll find me planning trips, enjoying good food, and spending time in the great outdoors with my lady, alongside our German Shepherd Lola and our Mini Aussie/Blue Heeler/Border Collie cross Prince.
